Handwoven

Hand off the work. Keep your voice.

We take the sermon your pastor labored over and turn it into a full week of posts for every feed.

Who needs this one today?

The problem

Sunday's sermon is dead by Monday morning.

Your pastor spends twelve+ hours on a message. He preaches it once, and by Monday morning it exists only as a 78-minute video on YouTube that nobody will find.

Meanwhile, the people you want to reach are on their phones, and the only thing your church put in front of them this month is a flyer for the men's breakfast.

The Sunday message was good! It just had nowhere to go. We'll take care of that for you.

How it works

This is the whole process.

Sunday afternoon

It all starts with Sunday.

You'll get a reminder to upload your sermon to the portal. You send us one file. Nothing we make is invented, borrowed, or generated.

Sunday through Tuesday

We review your sermon.

We assign you a dedicated video editor, who watches your sermon all the way through, finds the clips, edits them, and captions them.

Tuesday through Thursday

We craft your posts.

Videos, quote graphics, carousels, and captions. Everything is based on your sermon and created with your branding in mind.

By end of day Friday

You click approve.

You'll get a ping to look over the posts we created. Nothing goes out until you click "approve." Easy as that. You can opt to skip this step.

The following week

Posts go live.

We schedule everything across all feeds, week after week. You get to watch your church grow organically.

How consistency adds up

Consistency

We show up, platforms reward you.

Engagement

Likes, comments, shares, and saves.

Growth

Strangers start to follow and engage.

Awareness

"I keep seeing your church" around town.

Visitors

Influence becomes new people in seats.

None of this happens from posting once a month. We guarantee consistency. See packages.

The math

Doing this in-house takes six people.

Video editor

Finds the moment that preached and cuts it to land.

Graphic designer

Sets your pastor's words in your colors and your type.

Copywriter

Writes every caption by hand, in your church's voice.

Scheduler

Keeps every platform fed, week after week, unprompted.

Account manager

One point of contact making sure everything goes smoothly.

Strategist

Builds the calendar around you, your series, your seasons.

These are the skillsets that an impactful feed requires, no wonder your volunteer can't keep up.

The promise

Don't hand your public voice to software.

Hand it to a person who knows the Gospel. Your church is in the business of human connection, so we do it all by hand.

Written by hand

Every written word is in your church's style, written by a person.

Zach DeLorenzo, founder of Handwoven, editing sermon clips for churches

Zach DeLorenzo FOUNDER

Zach has been carrying a camera since he was eight years old, growing up as an MK in the suburbs of Nairobi, Kenya. He's always loved sharing his perspective through visual mediums like drawing and photography. He learned early on about the power that video and photo has to share stories and connect cultures, a passion he continues to pursue through media today.

Now, he's grateful to call Colorado Springs home, surrounded by the mountains and various third-wave coffee shops, every day brings new adventures with his wife and three lively little ones. Inspired by the beauty of God’s creation, his goal is to use the skills and tools God provided to create meaningful and beautiful things.

FAQ

Questions we get.

Ask us anything else on the call. Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck.

What do we have to do each week?

Two things: upload your sermon and approve the creatives. We handle everything in between. Most churches set up the upload once with their tech volunteer and never think about it again.

What access do you need to our accounts?

You grant us partner-level access through each platform's own settings. We never need your passwords, and you can revoke our access at any time without contacting us. On the first call we'll walk your team through it in about twenty minutes.

What if we don't like a clip?

Tell us and we'll pull it or recut it. Nothing goes out that you've asked us to hold.

How is this different from Sermon Shots or Pulpit AI?

Those are software. They're inexpensive and they're fast, and someone on your staff still has to export the clips, write the posts, and upload everything to four platforms every week. They also pick moments by looking for what spiked the audio, which finds the laugh and misses the line that actually preached. We do the whole job, and a person does it.

Can we cancel?

Monthly plans end whenever you ask, with no cancellation fee. Annual plans simply run their year. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.

Do you work with churches outside Colorado?

Yes. Everything happens through your existing platforms, so where you are makes no difference to the work. We're based in Colorado Springs.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your logo and brand colors, access to your accounts, and a way for us to get the sermon file each week. One call, about ninety minutes, and you're set up for good.

What if we miss a Sunday?

Nothing happens to your billing and nothing gets lost. Holiday weeks, guest speakers, and Sundays off are normal. We'll work from what you have.

Who owns the files?

You do. Everything we make is yours to keep, repost, and use however you want, including if you stop working with us.
